Cancellation Policy

Morris Media Studios Cancellation Policy At Morris Media Studios, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need for cancellations or rescheduling of podcast studio bookings. To ensure clarity and fairness for both parties, we have established the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellation Notice:** - Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be communicated in writing via email to Contact@morrismediastudios.com - A minimum of 3 days' notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. 2. Non-Refundable Deposit: - A non-refundable minimum deposit of $50 is required to secure your reservation. - The non-refundable deposit is retained by Morris Media Studios in the event of a cancellation, irrespective of the reason. 3. The deposit will be applied to your total fee. 3. Cancellation Fees: - Cancellations made on the same day of booking will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the total booking fee. 4. Rescheduling: - Clients are allowed to reschedule bookings based on studio availability. - Rescheduling requests must be made at least [3] days prior to the original booking date. - If rescheduling is not feasible due to studio availability, the cancellation policy will apply. 5. Force Majeure: - Morris Media Studios recognizes that certain circumstances, such as acts of nature, may be beyond the control of the client. - In the case of a force majeure event, Morris Media Studios will work with the client to find a suitable resolution, which may include rescheduling or applying the non-refundable deposit to a future booking. 6. Refund Processing: - Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5 business days after the cancellation date. - Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment as the original transaction. 7. Exceptional Circumstances: - Morris Media Studios reserves the right to review and consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. By booking a studio session with Morris Media Studios, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this cancellation policy.
